Founder & CEO
Stephen has been building teams and identifying elite talent since 2011. Over that time he developed a clear point of view: most mis-hires aren’t failures of sourcing — they’re failures of evaluation. The wrong signals get weighted, the right ones get ignored, and the decision ultimately comes down to who interviewed well.
He founded SeekBuild to fix that. By combining deep organizational understanding with a structured, multi-signal evaluation process — now powered by ClariFyt — Stephen built a recruiting practice where fit is measured, not assumed.
Beyond recruiting, Stephen developed the SeekBuild System to help leadership teams build the operating infrastructure their organizations need to actually scale — clear values, aligned priorities, and execution rhythms that hold without a consultant in the room.

Steven leads the development of ClariFyt, SeekBuild’s people intelligence platform. He brings deep experience translating complex business questions into measurable technical systems — and a genuine conviction that better data leads to better decisions about people.
At SeekBuild, Steven guides the technical strategy across AI-enabled tooling, analytics infrastructure, and the automation that powers the ClariFyt evaluation workflow. His goal is a platform that makes the structured, bias-reduced hiring process SeekBuild practices scalable to any organization — whether they engage SeekBuild for recruiting or run the process themselves.
