The diagnostic is priced per person. Every person is represented in the evidence and the findings, so the price follows the size of your organization.

Engagements start at $5,250. Above 150 people we interview a sample in depth and survey more broadly for reach, and we scope it with you directly.

The add-on layers
ClariFyt MAP Data Layer
Every person completes the ClariFyt MAP, a validated wiring assessment. We weave the results into each person's card and use them to read seat fit and career direction.
Already have assessment data for your team? We fold that into the core diagnostic at no added cost.
The rate steps down the same way the core does: $35 each for the first 30 people, $30 for everyone after that.
Performance Feedback Layer
Your managers answer a short, structured set of questions about each of their team members, collected through emailed forms or a login portal. With this layer, each person receives a written career pathing guide and each manager receives coaching guidance for their team.
Most clients who add one layer add both. The career pathing guides draw on wiring and performance together.
