Evidence-Based Leadership Cohort

See how you actually lead, then work on it.

A six-week online cohort for six leaders. Live coaching every week, and a development plan built from your own data rather than a generic curriculum.

Starts Tuesday, September 8 · 6 participants · Fully online

Most leadership training teaches everyone the same thing.

That is why it rarely sticks. We start by measuring who you are and how you are built for the seat you are in, then build your development around that.

01

A full picture, not a personality quiz

The Multi-Assessment Profile combines personality, behavior, motivators, and strengths, read against the role you actually hold.

02

You see yourself first

A private 30-minute readback sets your pathway before week one. You start knowing what you are working on and why.

03

Practice, not theory

One concrete action step every week, reported back to the group. Six weeks, six real steps forward.

04

Five people holding you to it

Every week you say what you committed to and what actually happened, and you hear the same from five other leaders. A sounding board and an accountability structure in the same room.

The path through the cohort

Two private steps before the cohort begins, six weeks together, and one conversation to close. About 1.5 to 2 hours a week, all of it online.

  1. Before the cohort

    We get to know you

You send five things that tell us who you are and where you're headed.

    • Job description
    • Resume
    • MAP assessment
    • Your vision
    • Your challenges
  2. Before the cohort

    Your readback call

We meet privately to walk through your MAP results, see how they fit your bigger picture, and clarify the areas you want to grow in.

  3. Week 1

    The cohort begins

All six participants share their backgrounds, agree to the ground rules, and commit to helping each other make forward progress.

  4. Weeks 1 to 6

    Progress is tracked

What you commit to and what you report back is logged into a growth report that builds week over week.

  5. Week 6

    Your debrief

You meet with the coach to assess your growth, choose what you'll keep long term, and decide whether monthly coaching is the right next step.

The weekly rhythm

Every group session follows the same three beats.

Beat 1

Look back

How did last week's step go? The cohort hears it and helps.

Beat 2

Dig in

The coach brings a concept matched to where the group actually is.

Beat 3

Look ahead

How will you apply it at work this week?

Everyone commits to a step. Next week the cohort asks how it went, and that accountability is what makes the growth real.

Six people, not six seats

The assessment aims the work. The cohort is what moves it.

Six leaders start together and finish together. Every week each person names the step they are taking, and the following week says what happened. Saying it out loud to five people doing the same thing is what turns a plan into something you act on.

The group is small on purpose. Six is few enough that nobody hides, and six weeks is long enough that people stop performing for each other.

Founding cohort pricing

The first cohort runs at a founding price, in exchange for your honest feedback and, if it earns it, a testimonial. That price applies to this cohort and does not come back. From the next one, a seat is $1,950.

Common questions

How much time does it take?
About 1.5 to 2 hours a week. A one-hour group session, plus your action step, which happens inside your normal work. Your two private sessions are 30 minutes each.
Is it really all online?
Yes. Every session is live on video.
What if I miss a session?
Recordings are not shared. We transcribe each session and can send the theme we worked on out to the group afterward, but reading it is not the same as being in it. For this to be worth what you are paying, and so the other five get the benefit of you being there, plan on making at least five of the six.
Who sees my results?
You, in your private readback. Nothing is shared with anyone else unless you choose to share it.
What happens after week 6?
Continue with 1:1 coaching, bring the team version into your organization, or join a future cohort. Nothing renews automatically.

Your coaches

Stephen Daniel founded SeekBuild and has spent his career helping leaders see what they could not see about themselves. Most of what holds a capable manager back is not a skill gap. It is something nobody has ever named for them: the direct report they cannot reach, the meeting where their influence disappears, the version of themselves that shows up under pressure. He built this program to put a name on those things and then work on them with you.

Kristy Nuckolls leads the readbacks. Her work is showing you how your wiring plays out in your actual life: the parts that come easily, and the parts that keep costing you, at work and outside it.
